  • Age Restrictions: Entry to Arabian Bike Week (ABW) is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above.
  • Personal Responsibility: Participation in any rides or activities is at the attendee’s own risk. All participants must sign a personal disclaimer.
  • Liability Waiver: Participants in the events acknowledge the inherent risks associated with motorcycle riding and agree to release the organisers and its affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation to the participants and/or their personal belongings.
  • Event Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully. Any form of disruptive behaviour can lead to ejection from the event without a refund.
  • Event Rules: Participants must adhere to all rules and regulations established by the organisers for rally events, including safety guidelines, equipment requirements, and conduct expectations. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or removal from the event.
  • Prohibited Activities: Drinking and riding are strictly prohibited. The organisers maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards this.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Submission Rights: By submitting content (e.g., photos, videos) to the website or associated social media channels, users grant the organisers a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for promotional purposes.
